Release notes for v0.7.1 claims that type aliases were added for `Instant` and `Clock` but they don't exist

• Add kotlinx.datetime.Instant and kotlinx.datetime.Clock type aliases to, respectively, kotlin.time.Instant and kotlin.time.Clock to make migration more convenient.

However, I couldn't find any type aliases in the code.

I'm not seeing them on the master branch:

That's true. master and the tagged releases contain the compatibility artifact for now. Since in the binary, the compatibility artifact is a superset of the normal release, it's more all-encompassing. When publishing a release, we apply #540 in a separate branch. Please see https://github.com/Kotlin/kotlinx-datetime/pull/562/files.

Thanks for the explanation. I think it would be a good idea to have separate tags for v0.7.1 and v0.7.1-compat releases and corresponding sections in the change log. Currently, the v0.7.1 tag has the code for v0.7.1-compat but the release notes for v0.7.1. This mismatch is quite confusing.
