Slide Vertices Mode

Request from a user: Slide vertices mode.

That would mean to add an option that would constain the vertex translation to their adjacent edges.
Quite heavy (time consuming to develop) feature for an action that is not that common.

I will think about it, there might be a way to lever the existing slide operator. Worth testing out.

After looking at the bpy.ops.transform.vert_slide operator, I won't be able to use is as the slide is uniform (0-1) accross all selected verts, that's an annoying design for that operator.

Since I cannot leverage that operator it makes the snap feature quite heavy. Here is how I would make it work:

• Figure out the translation from the snap origin ot the snap target
• Store the target position (with the translation applied) for all the selected verts
• Find out to which of the adjacent edges this target position is the closest to, lets call that the target edges. (or in other words, find out which adjacent edges is the most aligned with the translation vector)
• Translate each point to the closest position to the target position along the target edge.
• Modifying each point that way is really heavy because it has to be done completely with the python API, and won't leverage existing c++ operators that are really fast.

The heavy calculations might be fine, as this operation would probably never be done on a very large selection....
