adding a list for compressable programs , like steam games

itd be nice if there was a user made list for okay to compress and not okay to compress programs list (e.g. microsoft edge? , vs code extensions...)
(if there is can we put it on readme?)
if not why?
list can be like XX App = ?(UNTESTED) , OKAY , NO , MIXED REWIEWS

I used to have this, but it's an absolute shitshow to maintain so I got rid of it. There were thousands of submissions per month and it was impossible to filter them. That's why the current system only allows sharing of Steam games, since I can verify those way more easily. Even then there's currently over 100,000 submissions that are valid and a few tens of thousands that aren't.

People also make mistakes when spelling, so you'd end up with someone submitting "Visual Stuido Code"
