Latency Logging

I use an online application that logs me out if it considers my Internet connection unstable. I need to be able to log latency to determine if, when I was prematurely logged out, the connection had latency spikes. My setting is for 120 minutes of inactivity. I am logged out routinely at 20-25 minutes. Is this already a feature of ICM? Or, is it something that could be added without much difficulty? Or, is it something that is implemented in another app?
