User Story

In order for our tracing tooling to be useful, we will need to instrument our rpc clients.
Since our clients are based on aio pika, we can use the following tooling: https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-python-contrib/tree/main/instrumentation/opentelemetry-instrumentation-aio-pika
