Allow for the creation of various dataset types

Overview of the Feature Request

Similar to how Zenodo and OSF allow you to create various dataset types (they call them "resource types")...

... we should allow users to select a dataset type (if multiple are available) when they are creating a dataset.

This work depends on the following issue being addressed first:

• extend the getCollectionMetadataBlocks use case to allow passing datasetType dataverse-client-javascript#210

@ekraffmiller clarified in a meeting yesterday and in standup just now that we'll try adding "New Review" to the "Add Data" dropdown at the collection level like this:

Today at the frontend meeting we discussed the following PR:

• add use cases for creating datasets based on dataset type including linked metadata blocks #845

We have concerns about putting a potentially long list of dataset types in the "Add Data" dropdown. @g-saracca volunteered to make a pull request that is more similar to the Zenodo and OSF approaches shown above where one can select a dataset type AFTER clicking "Create Dataset". I'll put this issue back on the board and assign it to him. Thanks!

I'd feel remiss if I didn't mention that over in the Trusted Data Slack channel we're talking about how we might want to rename dataset types to resource types as shown in the Zenodo and OSF screenshots above. I stubbed out a proposal about this potential change. This is mostly due to feedback after my June 2025 dataset types talk where multiple people suggested this change. For now, let's stick with dataset types. I just wanted to raise awareness about this.
