Production Install Guide

It would be great if there was more in depth documentation on setting up Hi.events with Docker in a production environment.More details on networking config, pre-requisite platforms like Postgres and Redis and how to setup SSL certificates. Not all of us have sysadmin backgrounds, so just a more detailed guide following best practice would be appreciated.
