Description (include any images, videos, errors, or crash logs)

The force animation toggle doesnt seem to workfor coding and chart editor and notes still reset the animation

Steps to Reproduce

1.) go into chart editor
2.) place an animation with force toggle in the middle of notes
3.) watch the animation not play
