[AgentFlow V2] Observability integration broken - Langfuse/Lunary custom functions not capturing traces correctly

Issue Summary

AgentFlow V2 appears to have broken compatibility with observability platforms (Langfuse, Lunary) when used with the integration for logging/tracing. The integration that works in chatflows no longer captures agent execution data properly in v2.

Environment

• Flowise Version: 3.0.8 (AgentFlow V2)
• Observability Tools Tested: Langfuse, Lunary, LangWatch
• Deployment: Self-hosted

Problem Description

When attempting to integrate LLM observability tools like Langfuse or Lunary in AgentFlow V2 nothing shows in any of the tools

Would appreciate any guidance from the Flowise team on the recommended approach for observability in AgentFlow V2.
