Support for gpt-5-chat latest

Hi

As a current OpenAI API user I feel that the gpt-5 and other reasoning models are not great for normal chat where low latency is required. We are currently using gpt-4.1 which is totally outperforming all the gpt-5 variants available on the Flowise ChatOpenAI Chatflow node.

Could I please request for the gpt-5-chat latest API option to be added to the dropdown? I'm not sure how long gpt-4.1 will still be available before deprecation.
