issues with displaying expressions correctly

Hi all! I have been having issues getting FeynCalc to display expressions properly. Even simple expression like

<< FeynCalc.m
SP[p, q]

would just return "SP[p,q]" as the output, instead of a nice dot product display between p and q. What is causing the problem?

did you try reinstalling and choosing yes when asked about the traditional form typesetting?
