do we have hlsdk (not source sdk) vgui2 interfaces availiable? I'm not
sure if we can use source sdk code here normally
Maybe move it to separate repo?

This branch is for demonstration purposes only. We probably don't need VGUI2 in master. But some modders may find this useful.
