Description
it should
- be upgradeable
- have an L1 EthAddress owner
- have L1 entrypoint methods that are only callable by the L1 owner that allow updating the staked delegates
- better yet, have methods for making any number of calls via L1 message
the goal is to have a smart contract on Ethereum such as a gnosis safe multisig that controls EKUBO staked on L2 (Starknet)
