Description
It would be good to create a process-graph in APEX to increase the resolution of the datacube using ML models
This can be done using an UDF where the spatial metadata is edited as shown here: https://open-eo.github.io/openeo-python-client/udf.html#udf-s-that-transform-cube-metadata
However this method is not working any more. Open-EO/openeo-geopyspark-driver#1397
