Port `worldcereal_crop_extent` and `worldcereal_crop_type` UDFs to python3.11

• worldcereal_crop_type

were pinned down to python 3.8 in 987f9d6

These UDFs should be ported to python 3.11

FYI: in python 3.11 env the benchmark jobs were failing with
