Pagination arrow icons along with text( 'prev' and 'next') should be hidden/disabled if they are not needed. #195

Describe the bug
when pagination is not needed, it will disable/hide only text (like 'prev'/'next') but it will not disable/hide their icons.
Actual behavior
Expected behavior
When pagination is not needed, The icons should be disabled/hidden along with their text. Just like the below image:
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to the home page
- Scroll down to the end, there will be pagination.
Environment (please complete the following information):
- OS: Windows 10
- Browser: Chrome
