A fast energy scan plan (software)

With the new dodal flyable energysetter, we should create a plan to test on i10.

Goals

• User able to use this flying plan to do continuous motion energy scan on i10, with command line via blueapi.

Tasks

base on the goals, deduce the tasks required. check them off once they're done

• Create fast energy scan plans.
• User input start, end energy, step size and count time.
• Calculate the flytime from hardware, do prepare, kick off and complete, during move collect data.
• pgm only
• id gap only
• pgm and id_gap together.
