How do we feel about the current date/time for this next working group session? Do we want to keep it where it is or reschedule it? I've had a daylight savings adjustment since last time so the hours may not be ideal for everybody.

• successful pattern mapping the persona to funnel / pipeline (orbit) to create a heat map of health by persona leading to strategic discussions; mapping activities to conversion benefit

• hearing about other peoples process is interesting and how they think about their work
• is it not the specific microphone, but that you should have a better microphone, what's missing
