How-to Make and Share the Monthly Working Group Update

We're targeting a once a month update to be sent more widely the first Sunday of every month.

1. Create a Draft (last Sunday of previous month)

Use the Planning category on GitHub discussions to create a new discussion.

Tag the other working group managers for input and feedback on the draft. If it hasn't already been done, schedule the next month working group call (see #37).

2. Promote the Monthly Update (first Sunday of the month)

It is also suggested to spread these updates out throughout the day.

a. Post to the resource-aggregation channel on Discord
b. Send email to the wg-resource-aggregation mailing list
c. Post on LinkedIn
d. Post on Bluesky
e. Post in #advertising-allowed on Devrel Collective Slack
f. Post to Announcements category on GitHub Discussions

Coordinate with other managers to amplify in these various locations.
