It would be helpful to gather input from others on their use of personas.

Interview Questions

• how do you define persona?
• what was the most effective use of a persona that you experienced and led to a successful outcome?
• how have you used a persona in the past year?
• how many personas do you have?
• what attributes do you think were most helpful?
• what attributes did you have that were not valuable?
• what resources helped you learn about personas?
• if you were trying to build personas for a future project, where would you look?

How would you answer those questions or what other questions do you think would be valuable?

• What role do personas play when defining your DevRel activities?
• Do you use feedback loops to refine your persona definitions over time, and if so can you describe them?
• Do you ensure that persona's defined for DevRel acvtivities are aligned with personas used by other depts, Marketing, Product etc?
