EtherFlip is not a prediction market project. According to it's whitepaper, it is a game.

The original PR #9601 is missing somehow, but even the description lists EtherFlip as "A Dice/Farm DeFi App with a Twist." EtherFlip should be removed from the Prediction Market category.
