• trainHOG refactoring remove glitches and provide clean libSVM interface

  trainHOG has some known issues, such as an index issue in the resulting detecting feature vector returned by the SVM. The SVM also produces a blank file on the HDD. This milestone targets at removing the unclean and maybe erroneous code parts as well as providing an interface for using libSVM for training.
