Rich, Irina, Nazrin, and Eric met regarding:

Rich has a PR on components that has some great progress. Let's check in on this and any work that we can do this week.

Components PR notes / questions to prep for the meeting:

• Read the ReadMe's Rich has provided in the PR, as this is good orientation to the work
• If you want to see it, there is a demo page I've been updating to test out the form components: https://laravel-demo-test.hosting.cornell.edu/forms (the code for it is in a draft PR on laravel-demo)
• Should we get Design involved in the review? Same for WA.

Work that would be good to do this week:

• Try creating a new project and implementing a form with the components Rich has built so that we can get more review of usage. This would test both the components as well as just the install process for the Starter Kit. (Reminder: the Readme tells you how to install / use it.)
• I'm thinking I will expand the demo I've built to include examples for livewire, the dialog components, and submittable forms (to test validation + state management)

Outcomes posted by Eric in Slack:

• Rich will add his Livewire tests to the components-review branch/PR on CD-laravel-demo. (Rich, there are also outstanding comments on the PR that I added after my latest work on creating a demo).
• Irina and Nazrin: The dialog readme and the form readme are where Rich was suggesting to get an overview of the approach he is building. If you have time to try building a page utilizing these, the instructions for setting up a new site with the Laravel Starter kit are in the Usage section of the Starter Kit readme. I'm also happy to help and would like feedback on those instructions.
• Eric: I'm going to work on reviewing the dialog components in the context of a submittable server-side form (non-livewire). I'm also going to reach out to Tone to start a dialog about elements of the CSS Framework.
