Leaving Microsoft; so things will be delayed #401

Thanks for your amazing work on this Adrian. So I have been using this since the 2016 azure mobile apps project with the offline sync package. It feels like this project is never going to get a true commitment from MS. Except when you took over and were paid to dedicate some of your hours to this. I don't want to judge, I am sure you will stay committed, but I probably speak for a few developers when I say that the journey has been horrific. MS buying Xamarin Forms, forcing the .NET MAUI upgrade - offline sync unable to work with .NET MAUI because... It had last been updated at 2016, but then you came on reviving development on this and kind of saved us. That also forced a full framework upgrade on our backend which took considerable effort. What I want to say is that reading this makes me very worried that we might have to go through this process once more in the near future. |

Hey folks,
Announcement, sort of. I'm leaving Microsoft. This doesn't change how much effort I put into this project; it just means I'll be doing it on my own time rather than what I did while I was employed at Microsoft. It also means I won't be working on anything before it comes out.
... it also means I'll likely take a break from maintenance for a little while so that I can come up to speed on new company.
