Icon and Splash Image Upload still not working?

I really like this package so far, but I am having trouble getting the image upload to work properly. First, there is a random carat above the drop-downs. Then, after I paste the javascript, the file name I choose appears, but when I press the "update" button and notification says its saved... its not.

If you could help me with this I would really appreciate it. I also found a minor bug with the "Display Type" drop down select form. The options were marked as disabled.

Thanks for creating an issue. When I released the package it works fine in my machine. Maybe something wrong because I didn't cross check for all device. I build this package for my client and client project still working. I'll release another version for this package after finish client project.

Where you used this package? Is your site single site or multi tenancy site?

BTW, I'll check asap this issue and inform you.

Pardon my slowness. That is the link to my project I just uploaded so you can see it if it helps figure out the problem. No rush. No hurry. I totally understand that you are busy. In the meantime I will work around the issue by forking your git and adding the logos and splash images manually.
