锚点不能固定在顶部 #3
Description
1.滚动时锚点不能固定在顶部，
2.列表里的divider不能和右边的索引条分开控制，比如城市列表里有个热门城市分类，右边如果设置只显示一个热
3.在IOS上数量量大的时候，拖动右边索引，列表中会灰色，过一会才显示数据，而且很卡。
