Floats being considered ints for entity property validation

Default value is not a float: 0 mcbehaviorpack.entity.property.float.default

This didn't happen when this feature was initially added so I'm guessing something changed since then

Seems to be happening because JSON.parse() and by extension, jsonc's parse() truncate unnecessary decimals.
Bridge has a similar issue bridge-core/dash-compiler#12

yeah but somewhere we throw errors on integers, while integers are also valid decimals in JS / json 😓

Afaik this is the only place the game is strict about floats or ints. So, I guess this could just do with a bandaid fix rather than preserving the .0
