Vanilla MacOS support

Hi!

I'm trying to install this on the mac, and creating a backend to include MLX-VLM in LocalAI (mudler/LocalAI#6049) with the system host python which is python 3.9, however, installing from main fails with:

Is there a specifc reason to use scipy 1.15.3? I walked the project history and it seems it was bumped but I can't see the rationale behind it. Can we maybe use 1.13.1 or below to be compatible natively with mac, or is this a hard requirements?
