Can't edit a post that has been created

"edit" for a top level / new post is broken for moderators and original post creator.

moderators often "edit" a post for proper formatting this is currently broken. The likely cause is adding the captcha to the "new post" forms. 011770c

When a moderate or post creator "edits" , when they go to save, a error message occurs "this field is required" but nothing indicated. Again likely expecting the results from the captcha which doesn't get displayed when editing.

Notes:

• This error is likely because captcha is not added properly to the other functions which have 'edit' a post code
• Changes made to /biostar/forum/templates/forms/form_answers.html, added the initialization and captcha form
• post_view.html : needs investigation
• views.py : path: biostar/forum/views.py
  refer the function post_view() to add recaptcha while editing
