password recovery email not sending

Hi all,
I'm trying to reset the password for my account associated with my email: Tram_Nguyen@hms.harvard.edu
but am not receiving any recovery email. I've double checked my email and spam folder. Am I missing something here?

Hello, I was wondering if there has been any updates on this front? In the meantime, would it be possible to manually add proteingymr to my Watched Tags somehow? I currently have a package with an ERROR tag stuck in pre-review stage because of this, so am eager to move it forward for review. Thanks again.
