Multilanguage Issue

Good evening, I'm an Italian developer and I'm using this sys to realize a conversational bot as university assistant to support students in information retreiving. The sys works really good, but from December something strange happened. At the beginning the bot was able to answer in several languages (Italian, English, German, Spanish and so on), but from a certain point it starts to answer only in Italian (due the bot is for Ita students) and English. Trying ask to answer in other languages, the bot genarated this kind of answer "As university assistant, I'm not able to talk in different languages.".
There weren't any kind of changes in backend section so I tought it couldd be possible some procedure changed by server side.
Said that, is possible to fix this kind of problem in any way?
PS. The sys is in a pay subscription, but I'm not alloweed to know each kind of it could be.
