How to enable harper in Zed

I installed Zed and also installed the harper plugin, but its not working. do i need to do anything to activate the extension?

PS: I'm new to Zed & Harper

It looks like the Zed team may have changed how LSPs work since I last played with it and I found it less intuitive than I remember it being. But just load a file and look for the squigglies:

I would've expected a list of the errors somewhere but I can't seem to find that feature.
