Jetpack subscription email shows posts authored by default author, not guest author  #750

When using the Jetpack subscription feature readers of a WordPress site can receive newly published posts by email. It's all formatted to look snazzy in their inbox. On our site we're using the Co-authors Plus plugin to allow for guest authorship and for multiple authorship on a single post.

If a post is published and the author is a guest author, the authorship appears to default to the person who published the post. In effect me as the person who publishes all the posts. :) That's confusing.

The attached screenshot shows an example where the author at the top and bottom of the email says "Chris Koerner", but the actual author is "Janeen Uzzell". Janeen does not have a user account in our WordPress instance, but does have a guest account. And the blog post was published correctly with her guest account as the sole author (https://diff.wikimedia.org/2021/01/27/moving-wikimania-2021-to-a-virtual-event/)

What I expected to happen in this instance was that the co-authors plus plugin would pass the guest author name and link to their list of authored posts. The email would reference the guest author and not the publisher of the post.
