Describe the issue

Harvesting or uprooting luminescent plants from a hydroponics tray does not remove their light.

This round had #21465 merged, and the bug is (presumably) a direct result of that.

How to reproduce

1. Plant, for example, glowshrooms.
2. Remove them from the tray.
3. Observe as the light remains.
