[Bug]: NVG's give perminant night vision even when you take them off.

Describe the issue

Wearing NVG's and then taking them off causes you to have perma night vision when you take them off.

How to reproduce

1. Equip Night Vision Goggles
2. Turn them on if they're not on already
3. Watch the game turn green
4. Remove the goggles (not to be confused with removing the Goggins, Walter Goggins.)
5. You now no longer see shadows.

Attempts to fix it:
Cancel Camera View verb (did not work)
Relogging (did not work)
