Fixed the shebang to use correct python env, Fixed the installation command for xlrd module and added support for windows server 2016 and 2019.

@7Ragnarok7 your project seemed to have some xlrd issues. You can checkout my PR #53 here. This seems to be a better and much stable solution. Please star if you like it. |
