Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Stacking multiple rigs, making sure they tick in the right order, and handling their exporting is annoying.

Describe the solution you'd like
Locators with children, or a special kind of group. Essentially making a child rig that is fully controlled by the parent. Making all of those previous issues obsolete.
