Issue in ./help/cloud-service/local-development-environment/development-tools.md

JWT is deprecated and no longer an option. So the instructions need to be updated so that user can select an option that is not available, or updated to use oauth.

Also there needs to be more screenshots in the section labeled Set up the Adobe I/O CLI authentication.

For example:
Ensure your Organization that includes the Cloud Manager product to connect to is active in the Adobe Organization switcher (screenshot here of what is required)

in this section "Create a new Cloud Manager API integration" it is unclear how to get to the first step.
